Services

  • Individual therapy involves the Client and Therapist, meeting at least 1x/week for a session at 45-50 minutes.

Fees for an individual therapy session are: $200.

  • You may want immediate results, to get back to ‘normal.’ Therapy is not a race- it is about the journey. Your individual path towards growth and transformation may not be a quick or a linear path. Know that you are not alone in this journey, I will be here with you, along with the opportunity to identify and strengthen the resources you have in your community.

Therapy sessions will be scheduled at least 1x/week, unless otherwise agreed upon. During the time together, we will have identified goal(s) to help drive your journey, and support you in your success and challenges of trying new strategies. Any concerns at any time during our work together, will be brought up, in order to find the most appropriate resolution.

  • I am available for both in-person (local to San Jose, CA/Bay Area) and video conferencing at this time. My office is located at: 15810 Los Gatos Blvd, Los Gatos, CA 95032.

If you would prefer in-person sessions at this time, please note that my office adheres to local, state and/or national health guidelines, in compliance with health mandated ordinances.

  • Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage, or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage, both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of estimated charges.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will costs.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

  • At this time, my office is not accepting any insurance and/or within network of any insurance panels. I encourage you to speak with your health care insurance directly, to discuss the procedure you can follow for possible reimbursement from your health care plan.

Upon request, a “Superbill,” can be provided to you. This “Superbill,” will include Client information, including a mental health diagnosis that will become a part of your medical record, and a record of payment for services. Additionally, your insurance may ask for your therapy records. Clients often prefer privacy, thus opting for private pay for therapy services with my office.

Note: Because I’m considered out-of-network, not all insurance plans or providers reimburse out-of-network providers. Clients remain responsible for all fees incurred, regardless of their provider’s policies or practices.
